On Thursday, Jan 14, 2021, Charles Francis Billings Jr. aka Junior died at the age of 28. Born Jan 30, 1992, the son of the late Karen Diane Haltiner-Ordway. Jr was an avid reader and history buff. His greatest passion was writing, which he would share with anyone at every opportunity. He loved to dress up, wear makeup, and go to shows to see his favorite bands. He will be sorely missed. He is survived by his brothers, Charles Anthony Billings, Christopher Francis Billings, his sister, Kira Diane Velez, brother-in-law, Omar Velez, his grandmother and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
