Dolly Elaine Moore, age 63, of North East , MD. died December 15, 2020. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Truth and Life Center in North East.

Dolly was born in Jackson, MI. on Jan 02, 1957,
The Daughter of Orval Victor and Ruth (Brown) Baker. She married David E. Moore in North East, MD, on January 13th, 1990.

Dolly was a devoted wife, singer, Sunday school teacher for over 40 years. Attended Truth and Life center for 30 years. Also attended Atlanta West and More Life Tabernacle. She is survived by her husband David Moroe. Roy Baker of Jackson. 3 sister-in-law's Kimberly (Dave) Fennez of Oscoda, Jennifer (Rudy) Starr of Ortonville, Heather (Tim) Kersey. 4 Step-brothers, Bill Vowels, Kenny Vowels (Bonnie),, Roger Vowels, Bob (Sharon) Vowels, Mike Brown. Brother -in-law,; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Dolly was preceded in death by her father, Orval Baker, Step Father Oscar Vowels; Brother , Stephen Baker; Sister-in-law, Dow Baker; Step sister-in-law, Kaye Vowels
