She was born in Maryland on March 16 1946. Geneva graduated from high school. She was the significant other to Eddy Foy of Westminster Maryland. She was survived by her only child Donald Shipley Jr and his significant other Sharon Carpenter of Finksburg. She had 5 Grandchildren Cara Wainwright and her husband Brain Wainwright of Broadway VA. Courtney Arens of Cockeysville MD. Haley Shipley, Atalee Shipley and Jackson Shipley of Finksburg MD. She had 4 great Grandchildren Calvin Wainwright and Henry Wainwright of Broadway VA, Benjamin Arens and Cameron Whiddon of Cockeysville MD. She enjoyed arts and crafts, floral decorating and spending time with family. Geneva Louise Foy will be cremated and there will be a celebration of life in the spring date to be determined.
