Mildred Virginia Wheeler,"CANDY", age 82, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away at Gilchrist Hospice Center on May 1, 2023.

She was a loving Mother to Tammy L. Wheeler who preceded her in death, and a dear friend and "adopted" family member to the Burlbaw Family.

She was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Helen Dunnigan. She was the sister to Jack, John, Ollie, Doug, Pat, Jimmy, and Boze. She was Aunt to 28 nieces and nephews as well as "Aunt Candy" to Heather Peroli and the Hoff and Burlbaw families.

Candy had a good sense of humor and was always willing to lend a hand.
She was a gift-giver and it brought her much joy to find special things for those she loved.
She especially loved children and enjoyed crafting, puzzles, and brain games.

She will be missed.

Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Gilchrist Towson/Baltimore for their love and care during her illness and for the support and care from her niece Vickie.
