Obituary for Rhonda Bell

Rhonda Bell was born on October 12, 1954 to two loving parents, George and Lagretta Larkins. Growing up she moved around a bit to places like Wyoming, Illinois, New York and Baltimore.

The family finally settled in Baltimore. Rhonda’s parents then had four other children whom along with Aunts and Uncles she played and grew up with.

Growing up as a child she loved partaking in board games, dancing and listening to music, and community service.

In her early adult years she moved back to Illinois and studied business education and worked in the burn unit at St. Luke’s hospital in Joliet, Illinois.

After her time in Illinois she returned to Baltimore where she continued to work in the medical and care field, and cared for younger cousins part time.

In her early thirties she had a son Brandon Bell. During her time as a young mother she continued to love and develop a passion for care and in 1988 she founded ‘Kids Too! Childcare Inc.’ an in-home family Daycare center where she loved and cared for her own child and many generations of children during the course of 32 years. Throughout this time she touched the lives of many children and their families.

Affectionately known as Ms. Rhonda she will long be loved and remembered by her family and the generations of children and parents that she cared for, served and enthusiastically educated.

Rhonda Bell is survived by her only child Brandon Bell, mother Lagretta Larkins and four siblings Kerwin Larkins, Kevin Larkins, Jerri Larkins and Donna Flood.
