William "Billy" Rippard Rafferty, 68, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2021 in Olney, Maryland. Billy was born in Washington, D.C. on September 22, 1952. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Brennan Rafferty; brothers, James (Cheri), John, and Gregg Rafferty; his two daughters, Brooke Hengstenberg (Chris) and Molly McCullough (Kelton); and his three grandchildren, Olivia, Shane, and Weston. He was preceded in death by his father, William Rippard. Rafferty, Sr.; mother, Patricia Igoe Hershey; and sister, MaryAnn Wilson.

Billy was an avid golfer. He could brighten any room he entered with his smile and loved to joke around with all.

He will be greatly missed by his many friends and family.
