Includes the basic fee for services of the funeral director as well as staff. Preparation of the deceased for ID if need be. Includes transfer from place of death up to 30 miles of the crematory as well as the container used during cremation. Includes scattering or decorative urn, filing of necessary permits, recording of vital statistics and obtaining death certificates. Includes cremation fee for deceased up to 300 lbs. Additional fee if over 300 lbs. Fee also includes a licensed funeral director traveling to your location (up to 30 miles $5 per additional mile over 30 miles) to finalize arrangements as well as dropping off cremated remains and death certificates at your address (if both are prepared at the same time).

Includes a register book, prayer cards and DVD that will be customized to fit the memories and important life events from the deceased’s life. Includes up to 100 prayer cards customized by the funeral staff, DVD with up to 100 pictures of your choice designed by the staff and a customized register book.
